I hold a Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. I am psychoanalytically trained through the Colorado Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies, the New York Center for the Advancement of Group Studies, and the Chicago Institute for Clinical Social Work. My treatment approach is informed by classical and object-relational psychoanalysis, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic psychology, contemplative psychotherapy, existential philosophy, literature, and film studies.
