A relational psychoanalytic process group can be an enlivening, transformative experience that supports you in forming the relationships and sense of self that you long for. In this group, you will have opportunities to explore relational patterns as they emerge in the here and now. You can also take risks and try new ways of connecting with yourself and others.
The group environment supports you in confronting what might feel unsafe, allowing you to build confidence in staying grounded and connected to yourself while remaining open and receptive to others. It acts as a living laboratory where you can connect with dissociated emotions and experiment with new relational approaches. This setting allows you to safely take risks, practice articulating your feelings and thoughts, and develop critical life skills.
This group is for adults seeking self-awareness and more fulfilling relationships. It can benefit individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship struggles, conflict avoidance, low self-esteem, and trust issues. Our group strives to be an inclusive space that affirms diverse identities, welcoming all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. An initial assessment is required, along with a 12-session minimum commitment.
